Complete office refurbishment for landlord dilapidation works

The Project Brief

Following the existing tennant vacating the premises our brief and scope of works from the landlord was a fully internal back to base build fit out which included 2 new boilers and flues to include new pipework alterations and replacement of all TRVs and Lockshields to the existing radiators.  Total toilet refurbishment, installation of DDA compliant toilets, new lighting and emergency lighting, new carpeting to the 1st floor and epoxy resin flooring to the ground floor, new suspended ceilings, electrical alterations to the main landlord’s supplies and carry out a full periodic test and inspections to BS7671 standard and full decoration throughout

Our Approach

 

This project was completed under CDM control by our on-site management and supervisory team.  Co-ordinating the project to achieve maximum productivity and keeping the program on schedule for the scope of works.  With our directly employed team on site we were able to be totally flexible in our approach to a project of this size and were able to adapt to any challenges that arose and resolved them quickly and efficiently without adding any additional time to the completion of this project

 

The Outcome

 

The project was completed on time, to budget and to the customers satisfaction and was able to re-marketed by the landlord on the date required
