The Project Brief

The Boys WCs at Knaphill Junior School were totally stripped back to enable the complete refurbishment and to make the area into a bright and clean space.

The waste pipework was altered to suit the layout and the introduction of point of use water heaters, LST radiators and hand dryers along with new flooring, sanitary-ware, taps and lighting.

The colours of the cubicles, vanity units, flooring and walls were chosen by the school to finish the job to their satisfaction.

Our Approach

Following an initial meeting with the client and school representatives all works were carried out within the time frame allowed.

During the completion of this project it was found that the existing hot water services were not up to current standards and this required the addtion of point of use heaters.   This additional unforseen work did not add any extra time to the programme.
